Monthly Classes

The Wedge offers a variety of group classes catering to different levels of expertise. We offer 4-week long beginner courses, ceramics bootcamp, glazing classes, hand-building foundations, image transfer, and much more.

We have four classes each month, on Tuesdays or Thursdays, during the day or the evening, you can sign up for our afternoon class or our evening class:
Afternoon session: 1pm - 3:30pm
Evening session: 5:30pm - 8:00pm

This is a beginner class focused on learning the basics of throwing, trimming and glazing ceramic tableware. We will begin by exploring the basic functional pottery forms and work towards altering them to make cups, mugs, bowls and more. With demonstrations and plenty of one on one time with the instructor, you will be making pots in no time. You will be able to use and enjoy the work you make in this class for years to come. Open Throw Days are included for the month for a total of 8 sessions in the studio.
